A few things to note:
- After everything was purchased, I still had $2.49 ECBs to use during my next trip!
- My Speedstick deodorant coupon rang up for a 'max' price of $3.99. I was told it was an error at the register and should have rang up for only $2.50.
- I forgot to use my CVS Kiosk Coupon Print Outs: $1 off ANY deodorant and $1 off ANY toothpaste. My actual OOP total for the day would have been $1.13 versus $3.13. (Darnit!)

So what exactly is an ECB? What is all this extreme couponing that everyone keeps talking about? I thought coupons went out of style! I remember when my mom used to clip coupons. But I never really understood how it helped, much less how it could help the family save money! Now... I know.
For the week of April 22 - April 28, for a little less than $4 OOP (out of pocket), I was able to get 20 items with a retail value of approximately $110 (including tax). So, how did I do it? I did it 4 Transactions, a few good sales and some of ECBs (Extra Care Bucks)! What did I get?

It's amazing how fast 2012 is quickly disappearing.
